This week Bob Winters the Arts and Humanities Division Chair at WCC & host of Chuckanut Radio Hour joins the show. Bob shares about how he was encouraged to pursue a career in the literary arts and being the curator for the Whatcom Community College 50 year anniversary exhibit at the Whatcom Museum. Next Ann Marie Cooper, coil potter and founder of WACK (Whatcom Artists of Clay and Kiln) talks about the life of a potter in the Northwest. Ann Marie also tells the story of how she found her “voice” in clay and gives advice for beginners of this popular art expression.
